This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through 4U Nursery (“we,” “us,” or “our”) via www.4unursery.com.


Order Processing

All products sold by 4U Nursery are produced on a made-to-order basis. Orders are processed once payment has been successfully completed.

Processing Time:
Orders typically require 2–5 business days for production prior to shipment. Processing times do not include shipping transit time.

Orders are not processed, produced, or shipped on weekends or recognized holidays.


Shipping & Delivery Estimates

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping destination, carrier, and fulfillment partner.

Estimated Shipping Times (after processing):

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination, package weight, and selected shipping method. Promotional shipping offers, including free shipping thresholds, may apply as indicated on the website at the time of purchase.


International Shipping

4U Nursery ships internationally to select countries.

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, or brokerage charges imposed by their country’s customs authority. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are non-refundable.


Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may be fulfilled by different production partners and may ship separately. If an order is split into multiple shipments, separate tracking numbers will be provided.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. 4U Nursery is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If an order is returned due to an address error, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If a shipment is delayed or marked as delivered but not received, customers should allow up to 48 hours for final carrier delivery.

If issues persist, customers must contact us at 4unursery@gmail.com within a reasonable time so we may assist in investigating the issue with the carrier.

4U Nursery is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been shipped.
